For retail order items in stock, Paragon Enterprise (UK) Limited will post orders within 2 – 3 business working days of receipt of payment. For retail order items out of stock, Paragon Enterprise (UK) Limited will post orders within 4 - 8 business weeks of receipt of payment. For wholesale orders, Paragon Enterprise (UK) Limited will post orders within 4 - 8 business weeks of receipt of payment.

Payment

Payment can be made using cheques, postal orders, paypal or using credit or debit card using secure online service.

Return Policy

Any items purchased can be returned in seven working days subject to item returned unused and in original packing. Postage costs are non-refundable.
